No Soliciting Policy for Vendors
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure a safe, orderly, and interruption-free environment for our staff, residents, students, and visitors.
Policy Statement
Solicitation by vendors, salespeople, distributors, or other outside parties is strictly prohibited on Queen's Private Venue premises unless prior written authorization has been granted by management.
Definition of Solicitation
Solicitation includes, but is not limited to:

Selling or attempting to sell goods or services

Distributing promotional materials, flyers, or business cards

Requesting donations or contributions

Conducting surveys, demonstrations, or marketing activities

Door-to-door or in-person sales efforts
Restrictions

Vendors may not enter buildings, offices, classrooms, or common areas for solicitation purposes.

Solicitation is not permitted during business hours or at any time on the premises without approval.

Parking lots, entrances, sidewalks, and outdoor areas are also covered under this policy.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be made only with prior written approval from [Our Legal Team]. Authorized vendors must comply with all applicable rules and remain within approved areas and timeframes.
Enforcement
Any individual found soliciting without authorization will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property and potential restriction from future access.
